Site work for a civil project in Palisade, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sewer Transfer Line Project Construction Reference Number 0000407619 The Project includes the following Work: Includes the installation of approximately 4,000 LF of 8" force main, 23,000 LF 18" sanitary sewer pipe, sewer lift station, and related appurtenances between the existing Town of Palisade Lagoons and Clifton Sanitation District wastewater system. There are seasonal limitations for performing this Work, which are described in detail in Technical Section 1 - 01100. After the sewer line has been commissioned, the existing sewer lagoons are to be abandoned as part of the Project. A version of this Project was previously advertised in 2025, but was not awarded. Some of the more significant revisions include the following: Addition of Lagoon Decommissioning Bids will be accepted for the Project as a whole or for separate portions of the work as described in C-410 Bid Form for Construction Contract (Pipeline, Lift Station, Lagoons) General Aggregate Excess/Umbrella insurance requirement decreased to $5,000,000 Force main changed to DR-25 C-200 Section 18.08 Evaluation of Qualifications made more accommodating BABAA is now required Question Deadline 01/14/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No
