Provide Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany Fire & Emergency Services with preventative maintenance (PM), testing and maintenance services on the breathing air system manufactured by Mako Air System (Cascade System) model number MKBSCH3C4, serial number PO14780. This requirement will be for one (1) twelve-month Base Year and four (4) twelve-month Option Periods. The services will be performed aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany. Primary place of performance will be aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany GA, 814 Radford Blvd. Albany, GA 31704 - Fire Station - 1 (Bldg. 1210) Period of Performance The resultant contract will include a Base Period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion. Base Period: 30 September 2025 through 29 September 2026 Option Year 1: 30 September 2026 through 29 September 2027 Option Year 2: 30 September 2027 through 29 September 2028 Option Year 3: 30 September 2028 through 29 September 2029 Option Year 4: 30 September 2029 through 29 September 2030 QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 05 AUGUST 2025. QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED AFTER THE DEADLINE.
