The purpose of this project is to install exit-only access to Richmond Road (U.S. Route 60) from the commercial property at 7960 Richmond Road. Work will include minor drainage structure modifications, grading, paving, and erosion and sediment control. James City County must receive bids no later than said date and time. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened.
