Scope of work will include Work included in this contact shall consist of furnishing all of the materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required for the preparation and installation of Crown Polymers flooring system with Crown Crete U 1/4 base layer, Crown Polymers 8340 polyaspartic grout lock coating and Crown Polymers 8340 polyaspartic double topcoat. All materials shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 Last day to submit questions and requests for clarification. Questions and requests for clarifications should be submitted in writing to purchasing@mortongroveil.org. Unless excused in writing by the Village Administrator or his designee, all bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the full amount of the bid. Offers may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the Bid Opening Date without the consent of the Village Administrator or his designee. The Village of Morton Grove reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village. The initial term of the contract shall be INITIAL CONTRACT TERM. At the end of any contract term, the Village reserves the right to extend this contract for a period of up to sixty (60) days for the purpose of getting a new contract in place.
