**As of August 20th, 2025, the project was awarded to Swofford Excavating, LLC, with an awarded amount of $124,310.65** The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. For questions regarding this project, contact Paul Morin with the Public Works Department at Paul.Morin@clark.wa.gov The project consists of the restoration of approximately 1.2 miles of forest road on the Camp Bonneville site. Work will include sub-base repair, regrading, gravel surface placement and compaction. Also included in the work will be establishing grade reversals, culvert installation and gravel surface placement. The property is closed to public use/access as a result of ongoing cleanup activities associated with the historic use as a military training facility. As a former military training base, there is a possibility that unexploded ordnance (UXO) may be present throughout the site. All personnel who will be working on this site will be required to complete a site-specific UXO safety training provided by Clark County staff prior to commencing work. The training will be held in the Range control building on site
