SPECIFICATIONS 1. The awarded contractor shall provide and install one (1) Franklin Electric Sub Turbin 10 Hp 208/230v 3ph well pump motor. 2. Contractor shall provide electrical connections for power to well pump. 3. Provide and install approximately 100' of new 2 1/2 " water pipe. 4. The contractor will be responsible for making sure all repairs and preparations are done to meet or exceed industry workmanship quality standards. 5. Provide protection for people, equipment, and surrounding landscaping. 6. Due to the public needing access to the Courthouse during the project, the job site shall be kept as clean as possible daily, during the project. 7. Upon project completion, the contractor must do a final cleanup, so none of the contractor's equipment, materials or debris are left behind at the project site. 8. All trash and debris shall be hauled away and disposed of at the cost of the contractor. 9. All work must be performed to local jurisdictional building codes and industry/manufacture quality standards. 10.If applicable it is the contractor's responsibility to apply and pay for any permits and schedule inspections, through the City of Vancouver. All necessary inspections must pass inspection. 11.All contractor employees working on this site must use the best OSHA and construction industry safety practices. 12.Clark County will create the project with L&I.
