Question Deadline 07/30/2025 at 3:00 PM CT The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to upgrade HVAC controllers at Veterans Memorial Stadium, 950 Rockford Road SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404, as requested by the Cedar Rapids Kernels. Veterans Memorial Stadium currently has a Schnieder Electric Legacy Continuum HVAC BAS system and a new Schnieder Electric EcoStruxure_ Building Operation BAS system (EBO). The Continuum controllers are no longer made and the software will not be supported beyond the Windows 10 operating system. Scope of Work 2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials required to remove the existing Continuum master controller, computer, and local Legacy controllers and upgrade the local controllers to new EBO IP based controllers on the existing EBO system at Veterans Memorial Stadium, 950 Rockford Rd. SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404. Contractor shall provide and install 52 new local IP controllers, including new CAT 5E communication cable connecting from the existing EBO master controller to the new local IP controllers. For bidding purposes, assume the existing thermostat, sensors, and control devices will be reused. Contractor shall provide programming of new color graphics, remapping all points, alarms, and trending. Staff training shall be provided by the Contractor.
