The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids from qualified firms to perform on-call, as needed, Pipe Rehabilitation using Method B - Category B, Flexible Liner - Thermoform on existing storm drainage pipes on Interstate, Limited Access, primary and secondary routes within Amelia, Brunswick, Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, New Kent, Nottoway, Powhatan, Prince George Counties and the cities of Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Petersburg and Richmond within Residencies of the Richmond District and Interstate Maintenance Office North & South during the contract period in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
