Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves interior improvements at the Bureau of Land Management TRFO Lamb House in Montezuma County, Colorado. The scope of work includes demolishing all additions to the two original stone buildings, reconstructing the roofs over the original stone buildings, providing electrical service to the south stone building, and constructing a parking lot and an access trail. The work must be completed within 270 days of the Notice to Proceed, with no work allowed on Federal holidays and only permitted Monday through Friday. Contract time may be paused due to snow or snowmelt conditions. Location: 12761 County Road G, Cortez, CO 81321 (Note: Google Maps lists the address as 12921 County Road G).
