This notice serves as the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Natick Division for a single award construction contract for repair to the building 2 exterior envelope (façade). This building is located at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), 10 General Greene Ave, Natick, MA 01760. The required work to be performed under this contract is listed in the attached Statement of Work and the accompanying Attachments. ACC-APG Natick Division, located in Natick Massachusetts, intends to award a Fim Fixed Priced construction contract to the offeror whose proposal best meets the requirements of the solicitation. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. To be eligible for award, the prospective offeror must have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov and not show any Active Exclusions or have any Debt Subject to Offset. Potential small business concerns should be able to provide the types of construction as outlined in the solicitation and supporting documentation. The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, wtih a small business size standard of $45.0 million. A site visit will be held on 20 August 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. The final date and time to submit questions regarding this solicitation shall be August 28, 2025 by 11:59 AM EST.
