Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide all labor, materials, supplies, services, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete Construction NRM Project 668-22-105 for upgrading the mechanical systems associated with Air Handling Units (AHU) 9 and 15. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, attached specifications, drawings, and all other contract documents. The project includes all tasks required to fully upgrade and integrate the identified air handling units, ensuring proper functionality, performance, and compliance with applicable VA standards and requirements. All work shall be complete, fully operational, and suitable for its intended use upon project completion. Location: Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, 4815 N Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205 The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 368 calendar days the magnitude of this construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
