All blanks shall be packaged according to the Information Sheet listed under attachment list above with each item, on wooden pallets. Holes shall be 3/8 and punched according to information sheet listed above with each item. Corner radius shall be MUTCD standard. Bid Bond in the total amount of $1,000.00 required of all bidders at time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions. Performance Bond in the amount of 5% of total bid price will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Performance Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions.
