Renovation of a conference / convention center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Scope of work: Removal and replacement of escalator at atrium level to lower level. Bidders will be required to indicate license number on bid form beneath signature when bidding $20,000.00or more. Bid security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas, in an amount equal to 5% of the contract sum, and payable to the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau. Arkansas Statutory Performance and Payment Bond, equal to the amount of the Contract, will be required of the bidder awarded the Contract. Contractors may obtain contract documents from Southern Reprographics for viewing andpurchasing, 901 W 7th St, LittleRock, AR 72201, 501-372-4011. No bid may be withdrawn for aperiod of 45 days after the opening of bids. This invitation does not commit the Owner to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of bids. The Commission reserves theright to waive informalities, rejectany or all bids and to accept thebid deemed to serve the best interest of the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission.
