Parking Lot Reconstruction - Armitage Arms The SAUGUS HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Parking Lot Reconstruction at State Aided Development: Armitage Arms (705-1) in Saugus,Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by ALLEN & MAJOR ASSOCIATES, INC. The Project consists of but not limited to: Remove and reconstruct existing parking lot. Remove and reconstruct bituminous sidewalk / patio with new layout.Remove patio fence, tree, stump, vegetation, wheel stops. Install new black vinyl chain link fence, bollards with HPDE covers, precast concrete wheel stops. Pavement markings.Reconstruct catch basins and install new frame and grates. Clean catch basins. Loam and hydroseed. Minor associated site improvements. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 08/05/2025 at10:00AM EDT for general bids. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the SAUGUS HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
