Question Deadline 10/27/2025 at 2:00 PM ET The project consists of building renovations and enabling temporary conditions associated with the public safety radio communications system upgrades at the Saugus Public Safety Building at 27 Hamilton Street, Saugus, MA and at the Maria Lane Radio Tower Site between 6 and 8 Maraia lane, Saugus, MA. The scope of work at the Public Safety Building consists of interior renovations including the construction of a new radio room within the existing building envelope, removal and infill of exterior windows, new millwork, and new interior finishes (flooring, painting, ceilings) within the project limit of work. Enabling work is required to establish the temporary dispatch operations in the existing second floor training room in the Public Safety Building. The scope of work at the Maraia Lane radio tower site, includes exterior envelope improvements for the existing radio equipment building, a new generator, and an expanded fenced area.
