A 1,700 square meter leased space has been proposed to accommodate the decanting of both the SMH PDU and CBP Combined Services. The leased location is a shell space and will require a complete fit-out to meet the operational and clinical requirements of the programs. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to provide consulting services for the project is underway. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant (architect) and Sub-Consultants will include but not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical, RCDD, security, code, acoustic, door hardware (as required), quantity surveyor, building envelope (if required), and civil (if required) as required to provide full scope coverage to deliver a successful project. Further update in fall 2025, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute or Non-Acute Care projects greater than $5M are eligible to respond to this RFP.
