The Contractor shall provide landscape and horticultural services for green walls meeting the requirements specified in Schedules A, A-1, A-2, and A3. General maintenance standards, as a minimum, include all applicable codes, regulations and safety requirements. The Contractor shall provide everything needed to meet all the requirements of the landscape and horticultural services agreement including, without limitation, all labour, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, fall protection and transportation to faithfully perform and provide the Services in Schedules A, A-1, A-2, and A-3. All Services must be performed to the complete satisfaction of the City. The Contractor will provide the Goods and Services for the period commencing on January 01, 2026 and terminating on March 14, 2027
