The City of Surrey (the "City") invites Quotations from experienced and qualified Contractors for the provision of vapour testing and manhole inspection services on City sanitary sewer collection systems, data collection and supply of associated equipment necessary for vapour test and manhole inspection (the "Goods and Services"). Vapour testing and manhole inspection are required at the sites specified under Section 2, for the period of the Term. The Contractor shall provide to the City the final test and inspection reports no later than four (4) weeks after the end of the inspection period. The Contractor shall collect, record, quality assure, analyze and report to the City in a format acceptable to the City and as described in this Schedule A. The Contractor shall be responsible for: (a) Providing and commissioning all equipment for vapour testing, manhole inspections, and data collection; b) Implementing quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) programs to ensure data integrity and accuracy; (c) Supplying Analysis tools, software, and data processing for City-requested reports; (d) Managing all project phases, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control across subcontractors; (e) Notifying residents and Surrey Fire Department before testing, maintaining coordination as needed; (f) Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
