The project consists of a stand-alone one-storey, 782 sqm, six-class-room addition to the existing Martha Currie Elementary School site. The building will be a standard wood constructed structure, exterior cladded in aluminum panel with windows across its eastern and western facades. Additionally, the building includes its own electrical and mechanical rooms that separate all functions from the existing structure. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
