The City of Surrey (the "City") invites contractors to provide a quotation on the form attached as Schedule B - Form of Quotation to Attachment 1 - Quotation Agreement (the"Quotation") for the supply and delivery of the goods described in Schedule A -Specifications of Goods to Attachment 1 - Quotation Agreement - Goods (the "Goods"). The description of the Goods sets out the minimum requirements of the City. A person that submits a Quotation (the "Contractor") should prepare a Quotation that meets the minimum requirements, and may as it may choose, in addition, also include goods, or terms that exceed the minimum requirements. SPECIFICATIONS OF GOODS The Contractor, to the satisfaction of the City, shall furnish all necessary labour, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary for the supply and delivery of the Good(s) and any additional work reasonably required to be done for the fulfillment and completion of this Agreement. The City requires the supply of sheet piles sufficient to cover a total of 150 linear meters of horizontal ground alignment. Each sheet pile section shall be 25 ft (7.62 m) in length. Sheet piles conforming to either the ESZ 20-700 or PZC 13 profile are acceptable for this application. Comparable sheet pile sections may also be considered, provided they meet or exceed the structural and dimensional performance characteristics of the specified profiles, subject to City approval. All proposed materials must demonstrate equivalent section modulus, moment of inertia, and interlock integrity as outlined in the specifications below. o ESZ20-700: a width of 27.559 in (700 mm), height of 16.614 in (422 mm), weight of 58.804 lbs/ft (87.5 kg/m), and section modulus of 37.386 in3/ft (2010 cm3/m) o PZC 13: a width of 27.88 in (708 mm), height of 12.56 in (319 mm), weight of 50.4 lbs/ft (75.1 kg/m), and section modulus of 56.2 in3 (920 cm3). Delivery must be completed no later than the first week of August 2025, with preference for arrival during the last week of July to align with the project's installation timeline.
