A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work: - Construction of a renovation including, but not limited to:Removal of approximately 45,000 SF of existing carpet tiles, 10,000 LF of vinyl baseboards, and accessories on the 3rd floor.Preparation and Installation of approximately 45,000 SF of carpet tiles, 10,000 LF of vinyl baseboard, 30 SF of VCT tile, & resilient flooring accessories and transitions on the 3rd floor. - Construction shall be classified as renovation work inside an existing building. The building will be occupied during construction. Contractor will be provided access to the 3rd floor for demolition and replacement on 3 phase basis. BWSC will have furniture removed and BWSC personnel vacated from each phase to allow contractor access for flooring replacement. - Contractor is expected to coordination with General Contractor of other ongoing construction projects in the building including but not limited to: BWSC Roof & HVAC Replacement & BWSC HVAC Phase 2 - VAV Replacement. - Flooring Replacement Contractor's access to phased locations will be simultaneous with BWSC Roof & HVAC Replacement's contractors schedule and occupations of the space. - Flooring Replacement Contractor is expected to coordinate with BWSC Roof & HVAC Replacement's contractor regarding locations of flooring demolition and replacement.
