Site work for a residential development in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a residential development.

Led by the Mayor's Office of Housing and the Planning Department, the Welcome Home, Boston initiative seeks to create new homes for first-time homebuyers on city-owned land. As part of Phase 3 of the Welcome Home, Boston initiative, the Boston Redevelopment Authority ("BRA"), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA") is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals for the redevelopment and sale of 11 parcels of land. The parcels consist of eight (7) parcels owned by the Mayor's Office of Housing ("MOH") located at 8 Eastman Street, 63 Stoughton Street, and 1 Everett Avenue in Dorchester; 64-66 Tampa Street and Colchester Street in Hyde Park; and four (4) parcels owned by the BPDA located at 19 Laurel Street, 11-13 Catawba Street, 14 Catawba Street, and 100 Ruthven Street in Roxbury (together, the "Properties"), representing approximately 47,838 square feet of vacant land. The BPDA seeks to convey the Properties for the construction of residential homeownership units.
