Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work includes but is not limited to the installation of approximately 279 LF of 12" PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 100 LF of 24" Steel casing and carrier pipe installed via tunneling/boring under the Jordan and Salt Lake Canal, excavation of launching and retrieval shafts, installation of 3 new 60-inch sanitary sewer manholes, connection to the existing sewer system, connection and extension of existing sewer laterals, removal of 2 existing sanitary sewer manholes, abandonment of 3 existing sanitary sewer manholes, removal and replacement of existing storm drain infrastructure, removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and landscaping, and sanitary sewer bypass pumping during the construction process. Questions Due Date: Aug 4th 2025, 5:00 PM MDT Bids (on the Bid form and Bid Schedule form) must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Bid naming the District as Obligee. Bids must also be accompanied by a completed Information Required of Bidder and any other documents and information which may be required by the Instructions to Bidders to be submitted with the Bid. The District hereby reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid at any time prior to Bid opening, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularity or informality in a Bid not involving price, time or changes in the Work or the bidding procedures, and to make award or to refuse to make award in the best interest of the District
