The project involves replacing the existing roof mounted HVAC unit and installing guards over two skylights at the washwater pump building located at the Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant in Herriman, Utah. The building was constructed in 1985, and the current HVAC is believed to be original. Bidders are instructed that all contract documents may be obtained by electronic download from the District's website. Sealed bids will be received at the office of Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, and electronic bids in .pdf format may also be submitted. JVWCD requests that electronic bids be submitted 15 minutes prior to the bid opening deadline. JVWCD operates a washwater pump building located at Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant (JVWTP) located in Herriman, Utah.
