Jordan School District is seeking to enter into a contract with a bidder to provide a Make-Up-Air Replacement for Bluffdale Elementary School. Bidders are instructed to refer to the full IFB attachment for all bid guidelines and requirements. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. Location: Bluffdale Elementary School 14323 South 2700 West Bluffdale, UT 84065 Start date: June 8, 2026 Contractor to complete work per Specifications and Drawings. Contractor needs to include any additional scope of work covered at walkthrough. Contractor to provide all necessary electrical, control, and balancing work including equipment to complete project. Work to strengthen the existing open-web trusses may be necessary to accommodate the new unit. There will also be an alternate to provide a mini-split system for the dry storage room. Any and all shutdowns of utilities need to be coordinated with the Jordan School District.
