Reference Number 0000298779 Question Acceptance Deadline Jul 31, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum The building HVAC systems consists of 3 DOAS units with recovery wheels, humidifiers, 3 NG boilers and 2 atmospheric boilers, 2 chillers, associated with cooling towers, dry coolers, along with unit heaters, circulating pumps and heat exchangers. The systems are controlled by a combination of Delta Controls and legacy Johnson Controls infrastructure. The study is required to conduct a thorough investigation of the HVAC and control systems' conditions and adequacy; consequently will identify replacement costs, opportunities for improved operations and control of building HVAC systems and other connected systems, prioritize replacement of systems by identifying expected remaining life expectancy of these systems and their components. Opportunities for energy savings, environmental considerations, i.e. selection of environmental friendly refrigerants, and efficient performance will be identified. Outcome of the study to provide life expectancy of system components, analysis of options for replacement, pros and cons, timelines and estimated replacement costs and include cost analysis for a BACS system with a new energy management system. Each recommended option shall be presented with a class D estimate. Work to be completed by December 13, 2025.
