Renovation of a multi-residential development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal and replacement of existing plumbing riser valves and selective replacement of existing plumbing fixtures and tile. Abatement in affected areas will be required. Additionally, fire suppression sprinkler work to be completed in the work areas. Construction is anticipated to begin January 2026 Interested firms must submit a SOQ by the deadline noted and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on this project. Only the prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified The Filed Sub Bid Categories are: Tile, Painting, Fire Protection Sprinklers, and Plumbing.
