Bridge over North fork ofthe Ninnescah to be excluded. Traffic shall be maintained throughout the project. Single lane closures will be necessary in the four lane, and pilot car operation will be necessary for 2 lane portions. All work shall be coordinated so that all lanes will be opened to unrestricted traffic by one-half hour before sunset. No lane closures will be allowed overnight.
