Renovation of a municipal facility in Snow Shoe, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 10, 2025 It has been re bid to open on a later date This contract includes the removal of existing doors and replacement of doors at the Snow Shoe A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price, and performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. All work must be completed by November 30, 2025. This work is funded by a Local Share Account Grant provided by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) awarded to Snow Shoe Township. Prevailing wage standards apply to this project. Compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act through utilization of the Federal E-Verify Program is required. This contract will require compliance with Commonwealth Non-Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Provisions, The State Contractor Responsibility Program, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. All bid correspondence shall be submitted via online. Snow Shoe Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to award the bid as may be deemed by the Township to be in their best.
