Site work and paving for a road / highway in Snow Shoe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Work includes the following on Sixth Street (0.23 miles) and Olive Street (0.35 miles): 1. Milling of Bituminous Paving Notch (700 LF); 2. WMA Binder Course 19.0 mm MIX (50 Gyrations) (117 TONS); 3. WMA Wearing Course (scratch and leveling) 9.5 mm Fine Graded Mix (50 Gyrations) (338 TONS); 4. WMA Wearing Course 9.5 mm MIX Level I (50 gyrations) (608 TONS); 5. 2RC Aggregate Shoulders (220 TONS). Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Borough. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Snow Shoe Borough. Bids should be mailed to Snow Shoe Borough with the envelope marked: "Street Bid". Snow Shoe Borough reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to reject any and all bids. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project.
