Prospective Bid-ders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Fri-day from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described be-low. Partial sets of Bidding Doc-uments will not be available. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the Brundidge City Hall, 200 N. Main St., Brun-didge, AL 36010, on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am. and 4:00 o.m., local time. Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by pay-Iing a deposit of $200.00 for each set plus shipping as applicable. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund less the cost of print-ing, reproduction, handling, and distribution for documents re-turned in good condition within the time limit indicated above.
