As of September 16, 2026 bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. Project consists of a new control/lab building at the Brundidge Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner further reserves the rightto negotiate price and time with the low bidder. doc note Bidding Documents also may be examined at the Brundidge City Hall, 200 N. Main St., Brundidge, AL 36010, on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., local time. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $200.00 for each set plus shipping as applicable. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. NonBidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund less the cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above
