Site work for a civil project in Brundidge, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the replacement of approximately 760 feet of 8" gravity sewer and improvements to three wastewater pumping stations which are part of the sewage collection system plus various improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Facility including a new return sludge pumping station, upgrade to the existing utility pumping station and yard piping improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner further reserves the right to negotiate price and time with the low bidder.
