**As of October 22, 2025, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The Project involves dismantling, removing, and transporting one (1) Xtreme Cube modular facility. The module shall be removed from the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHA) site at 280 S. Decatur Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89107, and delivered to the City of North Las Vegas Justice Facility at the northwest corner of E. Judson Avenue and Constitution Way in North Las Vegas (APN 139-23-506-005) for long term storage. The removal for of the module at the SNHA site shall be completed no later than October 15, 2025, with an overall project duration from the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed of 80 consecutive calendar days, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated construction cost ranges from $300,000 to $400,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
