Upper-Level Hangar: Disassembly, removal, and disposal of two (2) existing exhaust fans. All necessary lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) associated with the equipment in question. Modification and replacement of existing electrical components to supply specified requirements, especially degraded exterior components. All necessary crane and rigging that is required to complete the project. Locker Room: Removal, disposal, and replacement of three (3) exhaust fans that service the male and female locker rooms in building #838. Installation of one (1) walking and approximately two (2) service boards for safety and serviceability of the exhaust fans. Removal and replacement of twelve (12) 6" flexible branch ducts, one (1) eight-inch duct, two (2) twelve-inch ducts. Installation of three (3) occupancy sensors and control relays.
