The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services(DSHS), is seeking a qualified organization that can provide project management oversight and conduct preparedness activities related to development of a state Medical Shelter Plan; conduct response operations to execute the Medical Shelter Plan; identify and survey potential Alternate Care Sites(ACS); provide identification, maintenance and deployment of state Evacuation Triage Teams (ETTs); train local ETTs; and provide and/or participate in public health and medical trainings and exercises. Contractor shall support response and activation of Medical Shelters and deployment of ETTs throughout Texas during disasters.
