Questions Due August 12, 2025 by 2:00pm (Central) Request for Proposals (RFP) for Statewide, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Electrical Repair and Replacement Construction Services Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (“TPWD”) through its Infrastructure Division is soliciting proposals to establish indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (“IDIQ”) contracts for Electrical Construction Services. The desired electrical construction services include repairs and replacements. The services provided under awarded contracts will be on an as-needed basis for TPWD facilities located throughout the state of Texas and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals. The RFP provides the information necessary to prepare and submit detailed qualifications for evaluation and ranking by the TPWD. The TPWD facilities are located in six geographic State Park Regions which are shown on a map in the RFP documents. TPWD’s goal is to award a number IDIQ contracts to firms having the capability and capacity to provide services within one or more Regions; resulting in an IDIQ program that, across all awards, can collectively service all Regions. The IDIQ contracts will be awarded for a one-year duration with options for three 12-month extensions, for a maximum of a four-year contract. Each Offeror responding to this RFP should be prepared and equipped, if awarded, to provide full service to the Owner in an expeditious and timely manner and on relatively short notice.
