The Town Board reserves the right to consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and contract documents, and may waive any informalities, make an award to other than the low bidder, should it be in the best interest of the Town, or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Town of Cheektowaga for a three (3) year contract period covering 2025, 2026 and 2027 Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check for a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, payable to the Town of Cheektowaga, New York, or a bid bond with sufficient sureties to be approved by the attorney for the Town of Cheektowaga, New York.
