Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Cheektowaga, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. There will be no pre-bid conference walk through. For inquiries, please contact John Robertson, Director of Facilities, at 716-836-7200 x. 8560 Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after award of bid and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work. The Contractor shall provide 20% on site construction or supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract that they submit bids for (not including general overhead - i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
