CVTC is requesting bids for 2025/2026 Asphalt Maintenance. The contract is to provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete the project request. Please see specifications for each service area/location, which are shown below. In addition, we are requesting delivery, application, and warranty coverage in this request. The vendor will partner with our onsite staff for this request, if applicable. The vendor will be responsible for handling all warranty claims with the distributor(s) and/or manufacturer(s) of products provided, if necessary. All bid responses must be guaranteed for sixty (60) days following the date of the public bid opening. The district reserves the right to reject any bid for due cause or to waive minor irregularities in any bid. Late submissions will not be considered. o Chippewa Falls Campus, 770 Scheidler Road, Chippewa Falls, WI: o Route crack fill 3/4" x 3/4" install hot rubberized crack filler @ 13,375 LF. o Paint lines to match the existing layout. o Eau Claire Main Campus, 615 W. Clairemont Avenue, Eau Claire, WI: o Health Education Center P4 - Route crack fill 3/4" x 3/4" install hot rubberized crack filler @7,360LF. Paint parking lines to match the existing layout. o Health Education Center P10 - Route crack fill 3/4" x 3/4" install 3/4" x 3/4" hot rubberized crack filler @ 8,400 LF. Paint parking lines to match the existing layout. Work to start as soon as possible. The above lots must be completed in full by 10/04/2025. o Fire Safety Center, 3617 Campus Road, Eau Claire, WI: o Route crack fill 3/4" x 3/4" install hot rubberized crack filler @ 3,350 LF. o Spray on sealcoat with two coats on drive lane o Paint parking lines to match the existing layout with the exception of area shown on page 3 of this document. Work to start in the spring/summer of 2026. Must be completed in full by 06/30/2026. o Minimum warranty requirements: o One (1) year warranty on all materials o One (1) year warranty on labor, installation, and workmanship. This contract will be awarded to one or more vendors able to provide the product(s) and/or services required to meet CVTC's current project needs.
