Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and municipal facility.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, licenses, and permits necessary to install an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 12 for commercial products and services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 15.206. Access to the SOW requires signing and witnessing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which must be submitted to the designated Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. Partial payment is not permitted under this requirement. Location: Eau Claire Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 500 South Barstow Street, Eau Claire, WI 54701.
