The Housing Authority of the City of Eau Claire is seeking qualified contractors for the complete removal and replacement of asphalt parking lots at two locations: 2806-2908 Conrad Street and 901 South Farwell Street. The project includes excavation, installation of a new gravel base, asphalt paving, and restriping of parking stalls. All work must comply with Wisconsin DOT standards and City of Eau Claire specifications. A drainage plan and proper insurance coverage are required prior to commencement.
