The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with the building 679 & 1409 to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with these specifications and applicable drawings and subject to terms and conditions of the contract. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 120 calendar days Question Deadline 08/08/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All pertinent questions shall be submitted by e-mail to jaeden.alvarez.2@us.af.mil SUMMARY OF WORK The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with the building 679 & 1409 to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with these specifications and applicable drawings and subject to terms and conditions of the contract. The work generally consists of the following: a. Safety will be a priority. b. The contractor shall survey the area where work is to be accomplished and verify measurements and existing conditions prior to bid c. Repair missing area of EIFS wall on building 1409 and install new anchors to secure existing areas that are loose. d. Install Trufast Heavy Duty Plastic Anchors (Or Equal) and install new mash over anchors and recoat them. e. Repaint all of the south wall to match existing. f. Building 679 Repair loose soffit around building. g. See Appendix 1 (photo locations of the repairs) h. Protect fire alarm/ mass notification / fire suppression devices from damage *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
