All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $25,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
