Queries by bidders must be received at the offices of the Consultant no later than seven working days prior to the bid closing date stipulated in Section 00 11 16 - Invitation to Bid, article 1.02 to be considered. Name of Project: 2025 Modular Classroom - Relocation, Various School Divisions. .Partial Work of this project is comprised of the decommissioning and relocation of two (2) existing modular classrooms from Ecole Van Belleghem (origin site) located at 10 Vermillion Road Winnipeg Manitoba to the following school site. Remainder of the Work of this project is comprised of the installation of the relocated modular classrooms from the above site on the following school site: Two (2) modular classroom units to the Island Lakes Community School at 445 Island Shore Blvd. Winnipeg, Manitoba for the Louis Riel School Division. Every bid shall be accompanied with a security deposit consisting of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Bid Price for each school division stipulated in Section 01 10 00 - Summary of Work, article 1.01. The accepted Bidder(s) shall promptly provide and pay for a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the Performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The accepted Bidder(s) shall promptly provide and pay for a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the Labour and Materials of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty.
