Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 The location is the south-east corner of the building Level 2 to Level 6. The masonry on Level 1 was removed and reinstated in a previous stage to address water infiltration at an interior location. During this stage of work deficiencies in the masonry installation and wall cavity componants were discovered and repaired. It is anticipated similar repairs and modifications will be required in this scope of work. .2 Level 2 to Level 6 - Removal and Reinstallation of the existing Veneer Masonry Cladding System as indicated , including removal and disposing existing anchors and reinforcing. The masonry is large format manufactured veneer stone. .3 During reinstatement Replace any damaged, deteriorated manuafactured veneer stone units with new units. .4 Perform Inspection of existing wall cavity componants including but not limited to semirigid insulation, membrane flashing material, and wood surrounds (rough bucks) of windows. Undertake repairs to correct all deficiencies. .5 Remove of existing loose and poorly adhered air barrier systems, and reinstall all new A/V barrier membrane, entire substrate. Repair all damaged wood componants of rough bucks and reinstate membrane flashings. .6 New metal flashings, new semi-rigid insulation as indicated. .7 Investigation Removal and Reinstatment of manufactured stone at three (3) separate Level 1 locations as indicated on Drawing A-1 and Appendix A One (1) at North Elevation, One (1) at South Elevation and One (1) at East Elevation.) .8 Reinstating sealant and backer rod including but not limited to windows openings, expansion joints and material tranisions. .9 Cleaning Masonry - South-East Corner rea of Work Level 2 -6,and Level 1 where indicated. In addition to cleaning surafecs as result of work by this contract is also Includes cleaning existing staining and accumulated organic material. Documents are available through the Construction Association All bid submissions must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Further details related to bid bond requirements, contract term and insurance requirements are listed in the related tender documents.
