This Invitation to Tender is for an Estimated Quantity contract that consists of the supply, delivery and offloading of Pressure Treated Guide Rail and Sign Posts on an as and when required basis as described within the Item Descriptions below. This Estimated Quantity Contract will be effective from the date of award to August 31st, 2026, plus three (3) additional one (1) year optional renewals upon mutually agreement. Question Deadline 08/20/2025 All inquiries should be received five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response.
