The engineering RFP follows below. _____________________________________________________ The City of Dickinson is interested in entering into a professional services contract with a consulting firm to perform engineering services necessary for their East Water Tank Interior Coating Replacement. The scope of the project is listed in the RFP. If your firm is interested in providing services for the project, please submit a proposal, meeting all the requirements listed in the RFP. The project is expected to be bid ready by mid-November mid-December 2025. The project is anticipated to be constructed in the 2026 construction season. Any proposal not complying with all requirements stated in the RFP may be rejected. The tank is located on the ground of the public works facility, 3411 Public Works Blvd. The East Water Tank is a 0.5-million-gallon, welded steel, oblate spheroid with a height of 72-ft. The interior coating system of the East Water Tank requires replacement. Additional information will be provided to respondents of this RFQ upon request. The City of Dickinson will host a Microsoft Teams conference call to answer questions about this RFP. This conference call is scheduled for 10:00 Mountain Time on August 6, 2025. Please notify Sylvia Miller no later than 5:00 pm Mountain Time on August 5, 2025, if you would like to attend the conference call. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
