Project Description: This project will consist of: 1) Removal, relocation, replacement, and certification of three (3) steam sterilizers and associated piping and drains; installation of a new pass-through bio gasket; replacement of the existing steam generator and associated piping; and installation of new stainless-steel components to accommodate new sterilizers. 2) Removal and disposal of existing casework, equipment, and stainless-steel assemblies; relocation of sinks and associated plumbing; installation of new lighting in Room 1264. 3) Selective demolition including: infill of an existing door and former pass-through location and construction for a new pass-through installation. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on August 15, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 2:00 p.m. MT on August 20, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 15, 2025, will not be addressed.
