Sewer Rehabs FY26 RFP Professional Services The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming Board of Public Utilities (BOARD) is soliciting proposals for professional consulting and engineering services for the FY2026 Sewer Rehabs. The project includes the surveying, geotechnical investigation, design, plan preparation, bidding assistance, and limited consultation during construction for select sewer rehabilitation improvements at various locations within Cheyenne, Wyoming.
