The Project involves the renovation of a portion of the Second and Third Levels and Exterior Improvements at the Historic UP Depot building located at 121 West 15th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The Project involves furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment required for the project, including, but not limited to selective demolition, site work, repairs and treatment of historic stone masonry, work on historic wood windows, finishes, electrical, mechanical and other related items of work. Question Deadline 08/28/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Notice of Subcontractor Prequalification Requirement: Masonry and Painting Subcontractor Prequalification Statements, are due no later than August 28, 2025. Submissions must be sent via email to TJ Barttelbort at tbarttelbort@cheyennecity.org. Prequalification is a requirement for these two subcontractor trades. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
